You can safely use your credit card on our web shop. Our payment system requires 3D Secure – a worldwide security standard verified by Visa and Mastercard.
If your card is flagged as not 3D Secure, or if you’re having issues with the 3D Secure data not being accepted (Verified by Visa/Mastercard Secure etc.), it is best to contact your bank to confirm if there is an issue and to make sure your card is 3D Secure.
All prices on rains.com are including the applicable VAT tax rate for your country. Please note that customers outside the EU or Norway may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are charged once the products reach your country of destination. All such charges are your responsibility. Rains has no control over additional charges in relation to customs clearance. If you refuse the package for this reason, customs authorities may charge Rains an administration fee, and this fee will be deducted from the requested refund amount. You may check with your local customs officials or post office for more information regarding importation taxes/duties that may be applicable to your online order. However, we do not guarantee the prices are 100% correct, they are just estimates.
We offer the opportunity to return our products ordered from rains.com. You have 30 days from the day of receipt to return any unused items and receive a refund. Please note, at this time we do not offer exchanges, unless the goods are faulty, or wrong items are delivered. If you need a different size or another style you will need to place a new order. Personalised products made in Rains Edit are customised just for you. This means that such products are not returnable, unless there is any manufacturing error. For products bought from an authorised Rains stockist, please reach out to the corresponding stockist for return / exchange.
You have 30 days from the day you received the product to return any unused items.The returned items must be in unused and original packaging with hangtags. On the Return Form, you can see what information we need from you, and where to send the goods. Please note that you will bear the cost of the returned shipment unless your product is faulty, and that we do not accept drop point delivery.
During the holiday season, the return period might be extended. All items must be returned unused.
Note: Refund requests for online purchases cannot be fulfilled in our physical Rains Stores. However, we are always happy to offer an exchange for a different product, colour or size. Please bring the delivery note or invoice to the store.
Products purchased via our webshop are covered by a 2-year warranty.
If you have received a faulty item, we will offer a replacement of the item or offer you refund of your purchase.
If you make a claim of your purchase within the 2-year warranty period and we accept the claim, we will offer you a replacement with free shipping.
We will refund your shipping costs for returning the faulty item.
If you have received the wrong product or size, we will pay for the return of the product and send you the correct product.
If the item is out of stock, we will refund the price of the item.
All products from Rains purchased from one of our stores or dealers are also covered by a 2-year warranty, but all claims need to be submitted through the store at which the product was purchased. However, if the store is no longer in business, please reach out to our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org. Upon issuing a complaint, please note that a proof of purchase is required.
For EU customers, if your case has been mistreated or we have not together reached a final solution, you can as a final doing submit a complaint to the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution at http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
All orders are dispatched within 24 hours on working days. You will receive an e-mail with shipping information when your package is on the way. If you have not received your order within 14 business days after receiving the shipping information, it is your responsibility to contact Rains. Once you have received the package, you should inspect the goods. If the package and / or contents are damaged, please immediately contact our Customer Service.
If you are not able to pick up your delivery as agreed, we charge the original shipping fee. The fee will be deducted from your refund.
Our offers are only available for a limited period while supplies last. Rains reserves the right to stop these offers without prior notice. If a product is purchased online or in store prior to going on promotion, we are unable to refund the difference in price.
When returning a product that was purchased within a multi-buy or promotional offer, those additional items must also be returned. If the items are not returned, the value of the items will be deducted from the credit.
A gift card purchased from the international webshop (rains.com) cannot be redeemed at other local Rains webshops or physical Rains stores. Gift card is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full. A gift card can be used in multiple transactions until its value runs out.
Returns for purchases made with a gift card will be refunded to the same gift card. If you paid with a combination of payment card and gift card, as a priority the refund will be made to the payment method that is not the gift card.
