Withdraw purchase

You are deemed to have exercised your right of withdrawal if the withdrawal function is used within the 14-day period.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you received the item, including receipt at a parcel shop, a pickup point, or a similar pickup location that you have specified.

You must return the item to us no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to withdraw from the agreement. The return is considered timely if the item is handed over to the postal service or another shipping service responsible for delivering the item to us before the 14-day period expires. As documentation of timely return, you must present a receipt for handing over the item to the postal service or similar for the purpose of shipping.

Once we have received your withdrawal request, we will send you a confirmation of receipt.

Please note that use of this form is optional. You can also exercise your right of withdrawal by contacting us via our customer service.

Refund and return costs

When you withdraw from your purchase, we will refund all payments received from you, including any delivery costs paid when placing your order.

We will process your refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from the purchase. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item, or you have provided documentation that the item has been returned, whichever occurs first.
Refunds are made using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction.
