Product Safety Recall: Stainless Steel Tumbler 450ml

We are voluntarily recalling our Stainless Steel Tumbler 450ml across all colors.
 
This is due to a fault we identified with the lid: in some cases, it may appear sealed without being fully secured. Under certain conditions, the lid may detach, creating a risk of burn injury when it contains hot liquids. 
 
As a precaution, please stop using this product immediately while we complete ongoing assessments with our supplier.
 
If you own this product, please return it for a full refund. No receipt needed. If possible, please return to the place of purchase. If not possible or if bought online or through one of our partner stores, please contact us at mail@rains.com.
